Future Appointment Guidelines ||

Cancellation Guideline

​Arriving 10-15 minutes or later to an appointment may result in having to reschedule.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a charge of 50% of the reserved service price, and any deposit paid will be forfeited. If you need to cancel, please call the salon—even on closed days—and leave a message if we do not answer. This ensures that your cancellation is recorded before the 48-hour window and avoids the cancellation fee.

No Call/No Show appointments will result in a "No Show" fee equal to 100% of the reserved service price.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or emergencies, can occur. In such cases, a one-time courtesy warning may be given.

Confirmation Policy

We will reach out to confirm your appointment through text, email, or phone reminders.

It is imperative that you confirm your appointment with us via our email, text or phone call reminders in order to secure your upcoming visit.

You must confirm scheduled appointments by clicking the link provided via email or text (any direct response will not be received other than by phone call).

You must call (717)208-7945 at least 48 hours in advance if any changes need to be made to your scheduled appointment.
